    The condo was ready just as we arrived, so we were able to unpack our vehicle and get settled in. We had everything we needed while staying here. The condo was clean and quiet. We were able to walk without difficulty to town, but be aware it is an uphill walk in the parking lot to the condo. We've stayed in this location before and were aware of that when booking.

    Great location for walking to Aquarium, Anakeesta and much more. Short drive to Smokys and great hiking trails. Unit was what we expected, simple and clean and not overpriced. The free adult tickets included to several attractions is great and we saved some serious $ by booking the tickets for Dollywood, Aquarium, Anakeesta, Ripleys through the Xplorie feature that is included with the rental!

    I’m not sure that I would consider this walking distance to the Parkway, but it rained the whole time we were there and maybe I would have felt otherwise if it was sunny! Lol. It was close to a very cheap parking garage, however. We did not spend much time in the room, it was mainly a place for us to lay our tired heads at night, but it was clean and comfortable. We did not use a single appliance or piece of silverware, but it came stocked with everything from a toaster to a coffee pot to an oven. We appreciated how efficient the check in process was and also appreciated the friendliness of the maintenance staff who helped me when I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door upon leaving. Thanks for a comfortable place to stay.

    The place is nice sits back off the main downtown Gatlinburg to be peaceful but close enough to walk to everything!! Room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely return.

    Pictures exactly matched the condo. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were nice and comfy. Close to Gatlinburg and easy check in process.

    Great place to stay and enjoy your day. Very safe and got to see a bear too.i would recommend this for a great place to stay
