    Great location. Less than 30 minutes to just about any attraction in the area. Rocking on the porch listening to the river or lounging near it is a great way to relieve stress.

    Just as advertised! Very quiet and peaceful location that you don't need 4 wheel drive to get to. Great location close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We loved the river just outside our door. We will be back!!

    It's was perfect. Me and my husband came for the weekend to get married with our 8 year old son and it was perfect! Couldn't asked for a better place! Very clean, river was right there for our son to play, people in the neighborhood were super nice. We will stay again!
