    We had a great time at the cabin. No issues from us. It was definitely high in the mountain but we wanted the view so it worked out

    We wanted to get away for a few days in the middle of the pandemic without being exposed to a lot of people. The property is tucked away in the VERY steep hills around Gatlinburg with a great view off the top deck. We stayed during the week and the quiet seclusion was just what we needed. Check-in was contactless. The hot tub was clean and private, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the common areas were perfect for our family of five. We played board games on the large kitchen table, watched a movie (we connected our chromecast and xbox) and brought in food from Gatlinburg. We saw black bears every day we were there - it was July. There were a number of small bears and one very large bear. There were some large ants and carpenter bees which we expected in the middle of the forest, but they were not a big problem. The hills were a little steep to do much jogging, but we did find a loop that worked for us. Gatlinburg was only a five minute drive away but it was mobbed so we mostly stayed away except to pick up our take out orders. I think we would all want stay here again!

    The cabin is nice with better parking than most located on the side of the mountain.

    We had an amazing time at the cabin. We actually felt like home in there and we enjoyed every part of it. My kids loved it and we loved it. It was clean, cozy and functional. We will definitely go back!!!

    Experience was like no other, the feeling when you start going up the mountain is Exiting and different....in witch we did get to see a black Bear. First night, Bears opened our vehicle out of no where and left 3 doors opened all night while raining and thundering, had to go and vacuum it, now has a humid ugly smell. The experience of 3 nights was worth it. My family enjoyed it, which is what it matters.

    We loved our stay! The owners were amazing and responsive. The views were almost too incredible because it made it hard to leave the cabin and do anything else. Wonderful time. Only downfall was the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust on places like the mantle and quite a few dead bugs etc but I’m sure that comes with a cabin in the woods!
